Today I had the opportunity to photograph a rare shodan test at the Chudokan Dojo in Windsor Ontario. The test will give the rank of Shodan (or first degree black belt) in Yoshinkan Aikido, and these testing dates only come twice per year. This year, the Chudokan Dojo had 4 participating students. Nice post. It’s always nice to see youth activities like these. I’ve been a basketball coach for a few years and we always try to get young kids involved with the sport. Hi everyone. Last Friday I was at the Forest Glade Optimist Halloween Party, and we had a great time. A lot of families showed up, and so many kids had cool costumes! I had a small corner to myself and was taking photos of them in various poses. It was a great time!
